What a notice must include
If you believe material on this website infringes your copyright, your written notice must include:

your physical or electronic signature, as the copyright owner or a person authorized to act for the owner;
-
identification of the copyrighted work you claim is infringed (or, for several works, a representative list);
-
identification of the material you claim is infringing, with enough information for us to find it on the site, such as the page address;
-
your name, address, telephone number and email address;
-
a statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or the law; and
-
a statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act for the owner.
Counter-notice
If material you posted was removed and you believe it was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may send us a written counter-notice that includes:
-
your physical or electronic signature;
-
identification of the material that was removed and where it appeared before it was removed;
-
a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification;

your name, address and telephone number; and
-
a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the district where your address is located (or, if your address is outside the United States, any judicial district in which HANFRA may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who sent the original notice or that person's agent.
Repeat infringers
We will, in appropriate circumstances, remove content from and end the access of users who repeatedly infringe copyright.
Please be accurate
Under the DMCA, a person who knowingly makes a material false statement in a notice or counter-notice may be liable for damages.
