EARLY PAYMENT PLAN - August 1 - September 30, 2017 ($385) - same rate as 2014, 2015 and 2016

You can "lock in" the old 2016 rate by participating in our new EPP (Early Payment Plan).  If you sign onto your member account at WWW.REALTOR.ORG and click on PAY DUES to access and pay your invoice, you will have the opportunity to save $15 on your 2017 dues. However, the transaction must be completed between August 1, 2017 and midnight September 30, 2017 to guarantee this savings. This transaction must be completed at your invoice page on www.realtor.org. You may have to register first and create a password and log in. REGULAR PAYMENT PLAN - October 1 - December 31, 2017 ($400) 

From October 1, 2017 through midnight December 31, 2017,  you will be assessed $400, the 2017 Annual Dues Fee for 2017-2018. Any payments made after January 1, 2017 will be assessed a $50 per month late fee for each month beyond the deadline of December 31, 2017. Any person who hasn't paid by March 1, 2015 will be suspended and MLS access will be terminated. This $15 increase is the result of NYSAR increasing their dues portion by $15.

 

LATE FEE PAYMENT PLAN - After December 31, 2017

Dues paid after December 31, 2017 will incur a $50 late fee until termination occurs on March 1, 2017

 

REINSTATEMENT PLAN

After Annual Dues have been paid at $400 plus appropriate late and reinstatement fees, you will have access to MLSLI.
