She is a Certified Sellers Consultant, and Certified in Social Marketing, and holds a Masters degree in Marketing Communication. Social media is a key part to the universe today, and Kathy's strategy for marketing for real estate crosses all media platforms. She's worked on all sides of the deal - listing and selling and has assisted many owners with property management.

Known as a media maven prior to her work in Real Estate, Kathy spent eighteen years corporate marketing and public relations, and managing her own consulting business. Straight out of college Kathy was managing and negotiating 60 million in advertising media for Proctor and Gamble, and Dow Chemical. Kathy will utilize her advanced expertise in marketing, and social media to market your home as only a professional marketer can.

Kathy grew up on the North Fork of Long Island too.
