Ann grew up in upstate New York and attended Hamilton College. After graduating, she moved to New York City to work as a book publicist. A love of French literature and history led her to pursue a Master’s degree at New York University, and then a teaching position at the Professional Children’s School in Manhattan. After ten years in the city, Ann was ready for a change, and happily moved to East Hampton to teach at the Ross School.

At first fascinated by the local real estate market from the sidelines, Ann decided to jump in and try it as a career. She feels that many of her skills from teaching- organization, preparation and communication- help her stay on top of an ever-changing market and will instill confidence in clients and customers. She also enjoys meeting new people and helping them find the right home.

Ann strongly believes in the use of technology as a tool in helping customers and clients buy, sell or rent real estate. Her extensive database enables her to quickly identify customers, and it has helped forge lasting relationships with a large number of clients. Having just built her first house with her husband George, Ann also has extensive knowledge of town building codes and the construction process.

Working for Devlin McNiff allows Ann the opportunity to assist second home buyers purchased real estate in the Hamptons or other Eastern Long Island communities on the South Fork.

In her spare time, Ann enjoys yoga, running, cooking, and reading. She is also a writer who has had several short stories published.
